Delivery countries

We deliver insured to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, USA, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic, Ireland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia and Canada. Shipping costs

For a goods value of up to EUR 900 (or the equivalent in US dollars) you bear the shipping costs: Germany EUR 4.99, other EU countries EUR 13.99, all other countries EUR 19.99. They are shown at checkout before the order is completed. For a goods value of EUR 900 or more, insured shipping is free of charge. No shipping costs apply for collection at our office in Dubai.

Import VAT and customs duties

Import VAT, customs duties and other import charges depend on the destination country. They are not included in our prices and are collected on delivery by the authorities or the carrier; the recipient pays them. Your national customs authority can tell you how much they will be; we are happy to help you estimate them.

Delivery time

Shipment takes place within 1 to 6 weeks after receipt of payment in our account – always insured and via logistics providers specialised in valuables. Handover only against proof of identity. Stones from partner dealers may be shipped directly by the partner. Collection at our office (HDS Business Centre, Office 2602, JLT, Dubai) is possible by appointment against a valid identity document.

Payment methods

Payment is currently possible by bank transfer (prepayment), in two ways: you order in the online shop through the Shopify checkout and choose “bank transfer” there – you receive our bank details with the order confirmation, and the stone remains reserved for you for 14 days. Or you enquire about the stone, receive a written offer from us and pay after accepting it. The purchase price is due immediately after conclusion of the contract; shipment follows receipt of payment. We will list further payment methods (e.g. credit card) here as soon as they are available. A payment is deemed made only upon final credit to our account.

Identity verification

As a dealer in precious stones we are obliged to verify identity and source of funds; from currently AED 55,000 this is mandatory in certain cases (details in § 3 of the terms and conditions). Third-party payments are accepted only with our prior consent.
