Do you offer certificates for your diamonds?
Yes. All our diamonds come with a certificate from an independent grading laboratory (GIA, IGI or HRD Antwerp) that confirms the quality and characteristics of the stone. The report number can be checked with the laboratory directly from the shop.
Can you guarantee that I am buying an ethically sourced diamond?
Absolutely. We only source our diamonds from certified suppliers who adhere to ethical and sustainable practices.
What payment methods do you accept?
In the shop you pay via Stripe by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or SEPA direct debit. Bank transfer and USDT are available by arrangement.
Do you offer a return guarantee or exchange options?
No, we do not offer a voluntary return or exchange policy — statutory rights, in particular the right of withdrawal for consumers, remain unaffected.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Insured shipping usually takes 7–14 working days, depending on your location and the availability of the stone.
Can I have a diamond made to my specifications?
No, we do not offer customized designs. Through the individual request, however, we are happy to search for a stone to your criteria.

To preserve the beauty of your diamond, we recommend cleaning it regularly with a soft cloth and having it professionally cleaned from time to time.
What happens if my diamond is damaged? Do you offer repair services?
No, we do not offer repair services at this time. However, you are welcome to contact us so that we can help you with this.
